  • The spaces have access to shared kitchens, a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, and a reception area.
  • The hostel was completely renovated in 2020. The original building dates back to 1985. Only the concrete foundations and outer walls of the original building were used in the reconstruction.
  • The hostel has 30 parking spaces in front of the building.
  • The entire hostel space is monitored by security cameras and is equipped with fire alarms (EPS), light signaling, and a fire announcement system in each room.

Technical parameters of the property:

  • Concrete foundations with horizontal insulation, concrete base with thermal insulation and coated with silicate noble plaster, 90 cm high.
  • The exterior walls of the original entrance part are made of aerated concrete with a thickness of 35 cm, while the exterior walls of the new sections are made of Porotherm brick blocks with a thickness of 30 cm. The entire building is insulated with EPS polystyrene of 20 cm thickness.
  • The ceilings above the ground floor are reinforced concrete with flat views, the ceilings above the first floor have a plasterboard ceiling and 40 cm thick mineral wool insulation.
  • The roof of the main accommodation part is a low-pitched gable roof covered with Fatrafol plastic film. The roofing constructions are made of galvanized sheet metal with a coating.
  • Window sills are made of aluminum sheet metal.
  • The exterior wall surfaces are finished with silicate noble plasters, while the interior wall surfaces are made of drywall panels with painted finishes. Partition walls are brick.
  • The stairs are made of reinforced concrete, with ceramic tiles on the treads. The floors of living rooms are made of large-format parquet, while the floors of other rooms are made of ceramic tiles
  • Windows are plastic with insulating double glazing, fireproof solid veneered doors with frame cladding, plastic entrance doors, and ceramic wall tiles in washrooms, with tiles up to the ceiling in toilets and shower areas.
  • Heating is central, from its own technical room on the ground floor, with 3 PROTHERM condensing gas boilers featuring automatic regulation, KORAD panel radiators, cold and hot water distribution in plastic-aluminum pipes, with a 1500-liter hot water tank located in the technical room, heated by central heating boilers.
  • Electrical installations include lighting and motorized circuit breakers, lightning protection system, TV antenna and internet wiring, security electronic system installation, fire alarm system with audible and visual signaling, fire water system with a hydrant, ventilation system installation in the technical room, gas distribution to the boilers and kitchens.
  • The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel sinks, built-in four-burner gas panels, and extractor fans. Exhaust fans are installed in the entrance hall and kitchens. The technical room is equipped with a ventilation system.
  • Drainage is connected to the public sewer system on Novozámocká Street, with a completely newly built connection. The interior of the sanitary facilities is equipped with flushing toilets with built-in tanks in the walls, urinals, washbasins, and shower cubicles, including water and shower mixing faucets. The property includes water, sewer, stormwater drainage, gas, and electricity connections.
  • The parking lot in front of the hostel has a base layer made of macadam and compacted gravel, with a top layer of compacted concrete of 20 cm thickness with expansion joints. The parking lot is bordered by concrete curbs.
